Founded in 2015:
IPHA was founded in 2015 by Mehmood Khan. MD and Syed Naqvi. MD.
Two experienced and highly respected hospitalists had the vision to improve the care of patients and provide superior service to primary care physicians and specialists who want the best for their patients.
IPHA has grown exponentially due to its quality patient care and services. IPHA now manages the care of patients in every acute care hospital in San Antonio. TX. IPHA also covers over twenty skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) in and around San Antonio.
