IPHA originates in San Antonio, with Dr. Khan (Chairman) and Dr. Naqvi (President) working at two local hospitals. Since those early days, the organization has grown significantly to meet its demand. Currently, it operates in every hospital in San Antonio as well as several post-acute care facilities. While IPHA’s home is in San Antonio, we are also discussing expanding outside of Bexar County for future opportunities as we are contracted with all insurances in multiple states.

Since our beginnings almost ten years ago, our high-quality and affordable care delivery systems have integrated physician leadership, data analytics, and clinical workflows to move our partners’ clinical and financial performance needles. We have grown our reputation as a prominent physician partner to hospitals, physician groups, and post-acute providers seeking to improve outcomes throughout the entire continuum of care.
